Herbed Bluefish Fillets

    1/2 small yellow onion

  1 clove garlic

  1 tablespoon parsley

  1 tablespoon Dijon or spicy brown mustard

  1 teaspoon fennel seeds

  1/2 teaspoon salt

  1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice

  Dash hot red pepper sauce

  Dash Worcestershire sauce

  1 1/2 pounds bluefish or mackerel fillets, cut into 4 serving-size pieces or 4 tuna steaks (6 ounces each)
