    1 stick or 1/2 packet Betty Crocker pie crust mix

  12 slices bacon (about 1/2 pound)

  1 cup Swiss cheese

  1/3 cup onion

  4 eggs

  2 cups light cream (20%) or whipping cream

  3/4 teaspoon salt

  1/4 teaspoon sugar

  1/8 teaspoon cayenner red pepper
