    Cream cheese pastry:

  1 cup butter

  8 ounces cream cheese

  2 1/2 cups white flour

  1/2 teaspoon salt

  Filling:

  1 pound minced pork

  1 medium sized onion

  1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

  1 large potato

  Salt, to taste

  Pepper, to taste

  1 egg
