Pork Chops with Thyme and Lime

    4 shoulder pork chops, thick, about 1 1/2 pounds

  1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  Marinade:

  4 tablespoons oil

  4 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed

  1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves or 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

  2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  1 lime for garnish, optional

  Salt

  Pepper
