Ham-Stuffed Shells with Basil Cream Sauce

  2 tablespoons onion

  1/2 cup turkey ham or regular ham

  1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  10 ounce package frozen peas

  3/4 cup Ricotta cheese

  1 egg yolk

  1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves

  1/2 teaspoon salt

  Dash black pepper

  Grated Parmesan cheese

  Cream Sauce:

  2 tablespoons butter

  2 tablespoons flour

  1/2 teaspoon salt

  Dash pepper

  1 cup milk
