  1/4 cup Lactantia butter or margarine or Parkay margarine

  1/2 cup celery

  1 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms

  7 tablespoons all purpose flour

  1 1/2 cups milk

  1 1/2 cups canned chicken broth

  8 eggs

  1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham

  Pepper, to taste

  1 teaspoon poppy seeds
