Grilled Steak withMushroom-Wine Sauce

    4 beef loin T-bone, porterhouse or filet mignon steaks, cut 1 inch thick (8 ounces each)

  3 tablespoons butter or margarine

  1/2 pound mushrooms

  1/4 cup white wine

  2 tablespoons parsley

  1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

  1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon granules
