Beef in Olive-Tomato Sauce

    1/2 pound beef top round steak or flank steak

  1 tablespoon cooking oil

  2 tablespoons onion

  1 clove garlic

  1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon granules

  1/2 teaspoon sugar

  1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

  8 ounce can tomatoes

  2 ounce can mushroom stems and pieces

  1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives

  2 tablespoons dry white wine

  Hot cooked noodles
