Pork & Mushroom Stuffing Casserole

    8 ounces fresh mushrooms

  1/4 cup chicken broth

  2 tablespoons flour

  Salt to taste

  Pepper to taste

  1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

  1/2 cup sour cream

  1 teaspoon minced garlic

  1 cup Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix (dry)

  1/4 cup chicken broth

  2 butterfly pork steaks or pork loin (chicken would also be very good)

  Butter flavored cooking spray
