  1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  4 large eggs

  1/4 cup butter

  2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  1 teaspoon instant coffee powder

  1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  1 teaspoon baking powder

  1/4 teaspoon salt

  2 cups coarsely chopped white chocolate

  3/4 cup pecan halves, toasted and chopped coarse
